Finance Manager - Portsmouth NH

Key Auto Group, New England's fastest growing chain of dealerships, is looking for an experienced Finance Manager for our Portsmouth, NH location. This position will be concentrated in the finance office helping our customers to secure financing and up-selling at the time of closing.

Responsibilities

  • Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies. 
  • Maximizes profitability on each finance and insurance deal
  • Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals
  • Produce and submit accurate paperwork for title work while understand and complying with federal, state and local regulations that apply to finance and insurance
  • Seeking new lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs; having a good mix of financing

  • Produce a completed finish that matches the OE finish

Collision Manager (NH)

The Collision Center Manager will provide overall leadership and direction of the collision center. Responsible for the achievement of the business financial and professional objective in conjunction to the mission and vision of the company
 
Duties include but are not limited to ensuring that the facility and personnel are ready for every customer, every day, prior to opening. Manage the consistent adherence to the repair process to achieve repair quality standards, consistent priorities and high productivity, execute and manage a daily preparation and consistent review of personnel and facilities, establish long-term and short-term goals to ensure business direction is met and estimating and sales targets sufficient to meet business objectives.
 
Identify, establish and monitor financial performance goals for the business and individual departments including sales growth, the gross profit on labor, parts, paint, materials, and sublet, overhead expense management and the management of receivables, and inventories on a daily occurrence to track short and long term goals. Review all departments' measurements, identify root cause of issues and implement corrective fixes to prevent a reoccurrence. Review repair orders on a weekly basis to establish that the quality of process has been followed and correct any issues. Set standards and develop action plans to facilitate improvement of business performance and standards for quality, customer service and satisfaction, promotional efforts and employee satisfaction and retention
 
Manage the primary relationships with outside entities including insurers, vendors, major customers and the community, proactively manage the customer service and quality assurance levels of the business and address immediately with action that can take the situation to the positive point of an exceptional customer experience. Manage and review all financial schedules on a weekly basis in order to maintain current and accurate accounting including A/R, Cash, Sublet, P & M inventory, etc. and provide management with accurate and timely performance information including both financial and non-financial data including appropriate Key Performance Measures including input to VPOL.
 
Establish and cultivate a tone within the business that allows a positive, fun and successful atmosphere. Communicate performance objective to all personnel. Manage the recruitment and retention of personnel to maintain the long-term health of the business, continually improve the skill level of all personnel by facilitating training opportunities and on-the-job skills enhancement. Evaluate employees routinely including annual performance reviews to assist all employees in working to their individual potentials
