Erica is an extremely valued member of the Key Auto team. The most experienced member of the customer care team, Erica has been recognized for her hard work and dedication to our customers by receiving multiple promotions and accolades. In addition to being an invaluable part of our team, Erica is also an active member of the community and was recently featured on the front page of Portsmouth Herald for her service to local cancer victims.
Morgan is mother to two boys, and is also a full-time student at Hesser College in Manchester, NH and will soon be graduating with an Associate's Degree in Business Management. The oldest of 9 children, Morgan is originally from Texas and is still adapting to the chilly New England climate! She is most certainly a "Go Getter" and gets fulfillment knowing that she has completed a goal or task.
Laura Ford is one of our dedicated customer care representatives. A veteran of our company and a proud mother and grandmother, Laura's family is #1 to her. Laura recently moved to Hampton, NH, to enjoy the beach life all year round. Laura takes great pride in her job and loves helping people see that car buying really can be simple!
Caroline comes to us with a great deal of experience in the automotive industry and is going to help our service departments reach a new level of customer care and exceptional experiences.
Joe is a recent graduate of University of Connecticut where he double-majored in communications and journalism. He has been with the Key Auto Group since March and enjoys so many things about his position in the customer care department, starting with the fact that he gets to spend his days helping people who need assistance in finding their next vehicle. We look forward to Joe's long and successful career at Key Auto Group.
